The Odd Couple (1970) Season 3 Episode 12 The Odd Father

Felix and Oscar find themselves in an unfamiliar role reversal when they become caretakers for their father figures. Felix takes on the role of caretaker for his father, who recently had a stroke, while Oscar becomes a father figure for a young boy whose dad is absent. The two friends struggle with their newfound responsibilities, but ultimately find that they have much to learn from these father figures in their lives. As Felix navigates the emotional toll of caring for his father, Oscar bonds with the young boy and teaches him important life lessons. Meanwhile, newlyweds Dani and Emily struggle to balance their work and personal lives, causing tension in their relationship. As the episode unfolds, the group comes together to support one another through their individual struggles, ultimately learning that family comes in many different forms and can be found in unexpected places.
