Ep 4. Pass the Peach, Throw the Shade

The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 11 episode 4, titled Pass the Peach, Throw the Shade, opens with the ladies getting their hair and makeup done for Eva's bridal shower. Porsha brings up the fact that Kandi and Todd haven't made it to any of the events yet, and she's getting frustrated.

She says she's been getting a lot of hate online and it's been affecting her. Cynthia seems taken aback, but Porsha reminds Kandi that the other ladies have been dealing with a lot of negativity as well.

Meanwhile, Nene is dealing with health issues. She reveals that she's been experiencing chest pains and shortness of breath, and she's been to the hospital twice this week. Nene is worried about what this could mean for her health, and she decides to make an appointment with her doctor.

The next day, Kandi meets up with Eva to discuss the drama that went down at the bridal shower. Eva tells Kandi that she doesn't need to be so negative all the time, and reminds her that this is supposed to be a happy occasion. Kandi takes the advice to heart, and the two ladies make amends.

Later, the ladies all get together for a cooking class. The chef shows them how to make a traditional Italian meal, but things quickly go awry. Nene's vision starts to blur, and she suddenly passes out. The other ladies rush to her side and call for help.

The episode ends on a dramatic note, with Nene being taken to the hospital and the other ladies left in shock. It's unclear what's going to happen next, but one thing is for sure - the drama never stops with The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
