The Wildlife Docs season 1 episode 17 titled "Eat Prey Roar" follows the team of veterinarians and animal care professionals at Busch Gardens Tampa as they work to care for a variety of wild animals. In this episode, viewers are introduced to a young cheetah named Kasi who is experiencing some digestive issues.

To help Kasi feel better, the team first needs to determine what exactly is causing his discomfort. They decide to sedate Kasi so that they can perform a full physical examination, which includes taking X-rays of his stomach and intestines. The X-rays reveal that Kasi has swallowed a large piece of carpet that is causing a blockage in his digestive system. The team must then perform a delicate surgery to remove the carpet and help Kasi recover.

In addition to caring for Kasi, the team also meets an energetic and playful group of river otters, who are in need of a check-up and some dental work. The team uses a special anesthetic gas to sedate the otters so that they can perform a thorough exam. They discover that one of the otters has a chipped tooth that needs to be fixed, so they work quickly to perform the necessary dental work. The otters are soon awake and back to their usual playful antics.

Throughout the episode, viewers get to see the team's passion for animal care and their dedication to ensuring that all of the animals in their care are healthy and happy. The team members work together seamlessly, combining their expertise and knowledge to provide the best possible care for each animal.
