Toot & Puddle season 1 episode 2, titled "Puddle's Lucky Clover / Friends in the City," follows the adventures of two best friends, Toot and Puddle. In the second half of the episode, Toot and Puddle travel to the city to visit their friend Otto. They explore the city and take in the sights and sounds. They also meet Otto's new friend, a mouse named Quincy. Quincy takes the group to his favorite spot in the city, a cozy bookstore. While there, they get swept into a grand adventure, pretending to be detectives who must solve a mystery in the bookstore. In the end, they solve the mystery and realize that friendship is the greatest mystery of all.

Throughout the episode, Toot and Puddle teach young viewers valuable life lessons about the importance of positivity, perseverance, and friendship.
