Ep 4. Surprise...it's Restaurant Wars

The six remaining chefs on Top Chef season 16 are in for a surprise when they learn that it's time for the most anticipated challenge of the season: Restaurant Wars. Host Padma Lakshmi explains that the chefs will be split into two teams and tasked with creating an entire restaurant concept in just one day. The teams must come up with a name, design a menu, decorate the restaurant, and cook a three-course meal for the judges and diners.

The chefs are divided into two teams based on a blind knife draw. Team One consists of Justin, Eric, and Brandon, while Team Two consists of Kelsey, Sara, and Michelle.
