Ep 5. Project Predacon

In Transformers: Prime season 3 episode 5, titled "Project Predacon," the Autobots are on high alert as the Decepticons launch a new plan to create a powerful army of dragons called Predacons. Shockwave, the Decepticon scientist, has been working on the project in secret and now the Autobots must try to stop it before it is too late.

As the episode starts, Optimus and his team arrive in the Arctic to find Shockwave's lab. The Autobots split up to search the area and soon enough, Bulkhead and Miko come across a massive underground facility. Meanwhile, Ratchet and Wheeljack battle some of Shockwave's minions on the surface, giving Arcee the opening she needs to get inside the lab undetected.

Once inside the facility, Arcee discovers that Shockwave is using predacon DNA to create a hybrid that will be the most powerful weapon the Decepticons have ever had. She also learns that the only way to stop the project is to destroy the crystal at the heart of the facility.

Arcee sneaks around the lab, avoiding the Decepticons and planting explosives as she goes. However, just before she can set them off, she's caught by Shockwave himself. The Decepticon scientist reveals that he has taken some of her DNA and plans to use it in his predacon hybrid. Arcee is taken captive as Shockwave carries on with his work.

Meanwhile, Bulkhead and Miko stumble upon one of the predacon embryos and try to make their way back to the surface with it. However, they are quickly surrounded by Decepticons. Just as things look bleak, Wheeljack arrives on the scene and destroys the enemies with his swords. The trio eventually make it back to the surface, where they meet up with Ratchet and Optimus.

Together, the Autobots devise a plan to take down Shockwave once and for all. They set off the explosives Arcee planted earlier and ignite the crystal. The lab starts to crumble as the Autobots race to escape. But in the midst of the chaos, Shockwave manages to escape with the predacon hybrid.

Back at base, the Autobots realize that they may have lost the battle, but they are determined to win the war. With the knowledge they gained in the lab, they believe they can create their own predacons to fight against the Decepticons. The episode ends with Optimus stating that they will create something "pure and powerful" to combat their enemies.

Overall, "Project Predacon" is an action-packed episode that adds a new element to the ongoing battle between the Autobots and the Decepticons. It also furthers the storyline as the Autobots gain valuable information about their enemies and set off on a new mission to create their own predacons.
