The chefs here are dedicated to using only the freshest ingredients from their farm and nearby producers to create stunning dishes like roasted porchetta with sweet potato hash and wild boar ragout over homemade pasta.

Next, the show takes viewers to Montana where they will visit a unique restaurant called Paws Up, which is located on a sprawling 37,000-acre ranch in the middle of the wilderness. Here, guests can dine on everything from wood-fired pizza to grilled elk while surrounded by stunning views of the mountains and forests.

Moving on to Oregon, the show introduces viewers to a rustic French bistro in the heart of Portland called St. Jack. With its cozy, laid-back atmosphere and menu filled with classic French dishes, this restaurant is a true gem in the bustling city. This off-the-grid eatery is a true hidden gem, with no road leading to the restaurant and guests having to hike or ride horses in to taste the chef's inspired takes on Southwestern cuisine. Here, diners can enjoy everything from grilled elk and quail to huitlacoche-stuffed enchiladas and green chile stew.
