With the help of his coworkers, Lil' Charles learns valuable lessons about leadership and the importance of communication.

"Showing Up Is Hard to Do" highlights the struggles of running a business in a high-crime area and the impact that acts of violence can have on a community. However, the episode also showcases the resilience and strength of the Sweetie Pie's family as they work to overcome these challenges.
