The Qualifiers 3 is the third episode of the first season of the hit dance competition series, World of Dance. In this episode, talented dancers from around the world take the stage to compete for a chance to move on to the next round.

The episode begins with the judges - Jennifer Lopez, Derek Hough, and Ne-Yo - getting ready for another day of auditions. They discuss the caliber of talent they've seen so far, but also note that the competition is only going to get tougher from here on out.

The first group to audition is a team of hip-hop dancers called The Posse. They hail from California and have been dancing together for years. Their routine is high-energy and full of impressive tricks, including several flips and jumps. However, the judges note that while their performance was good, it lacked the precision and synchronization necessary to stand out in such a competitive field.

Next up is a solo contemporary dancer named Ruby Castro. She's only 14 years old, but her talent is undeniable. Her emotional and expressive performance moves the judges, who are impressed by her lyrical movement and technical skills.

As the auditions continue, there are some standout performers and some disappointments. A group of ballroom dancers from Russia wows the judges with their acrobatic lifts, while a duet from Canada falls short due to lack of originality.

One of the biggest surprises of the episode comes from a group of b-boys called The Ruggeds. They hail from the Netherlands and specialize in breakdancing. Their routine is high-energy and full of impressive spins and flips, but what sets them apart is their use of humor and playful storytelling within their performance.

However, not every act is met with praise. A dance group called D'Angelo and Amanda, who specialize in salsa dancing, receive criticism from the judges for relying too heavily on lifts and not showcasing enough creative choreography.

One of the final performers of the episode is a contemporary soloist named Diana Pombo. She's only 11 years old but her technical skills and emotional performance leave the judges in awe. Ne-Yo compares her to a young J-Lo, while Derek Hough notes that he's never seen someone so young able to move and express themselves so well.

As the episode comes to a close, the judges deliberate and pick which performers will move on to the next round of the competition. The stakes are high for everyone involved as they wait to hear the judges' decisions.

Overall, The Qualifiers 3 is a high-energy and engaging installment in the series. Viewers will be on the edge of their seats as they watch talented dancers from around the world compete for a chance to take home the grand prize.
