Watch Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Monsters

Yugi Moto is a young teenager that proves to be remarkably talented at Duel Monsters, a popular card game based on an Ancient Egyptian form of battle called "The Shadow Games". Despite his skills, he is still prone to frustrating defeat. After his grandfather's soul is taken by the malevolent Maximilian Pegasus, Yugi has to embark on an adventure to rescue his grandpa by playing the game he's so good at. With the aid of his friends Tristan, Joey, and Tea (as well as the spirit that lives within his Millennium Puzzle), Yugi takes on the toughest of duelists (such as Maye Valentine, Weevil Underwood, and Seto Kaiba) in the hopes of defeating Pegasus and bringing order back to his life. Along the path of his trials, Yugi finds himself pondering different questions: how Pegasus was able to steal his grandfather's soul, the significance of the Millennium Items, and curiosity about the shadow games. They are all facts that Yugi must discover as he duels his way through various obstacles.
