Ep 3. Mojitos Mo' Problems

The third episode of Below Deck season 2 is titled "Mojitos Mo' Problems." Meanwhile, a budding romance between the crew's newest member, Jennice, and one of her coworkers begins to brew. Jennice and Kelley share an intimate moment on their night off, but their romance quickly hits a snag when Jennice finds out that Kelley has feelings for her roommate. This revelation leads to an awkward confrontation between Kelley and Jennice, as they try to establish boundaries and navigate their budding romance in the work environment.

On the other hand, Chef Ben Robinson is feeling the pressure of catering to the ever-changing and particular tastes of the guests, which strains his relationship with the chief stewardess, Kate. Kate is tasked with keeping the guests happy while juggling the needs and demands of the crew, especially those of the new stewardess, Amy. Amidst the chaos, Kate has to constantly address the guests' every whim, from having cocktails always available and perfect to arranging for a private yoga session at the beach, all while remaining professional and diplomatic.

The crew's senior leadership, Captain Lee and First Mate Eddie Lucas, have to navigate the constant new challenges and conflicts that arise as they try to keep the guests happy. The two are constantly evaluating the crew, making sure that everyone is doing their job and doing it well. Captain Lee's no-nonsense attitude and unwavering commitment to safety, as well as his calm demeanor under pressure, provides the crew with much-needed reassurance that they can handle whatever challenges come their way. Eddie, on the other hand, has to make sure that the yacht runs like clockwork and must maintain a balance between discipline and friendship with his fellow crew members.

Overall, "Mojitos Mo' Problems" is an episode that showcases the crew's ability to work together under pressure while also highlighting the personal conflicts that arise among coworkers when emotions and romance are involved. The episode also showcases the various challenges that come with being a part of a crew that is providing luxury services to a high-profile clientele.
