Ep 4. Cutlass Convertible Repair

In this episode of All Girls Garage, the team takes on the challenge of repairing a classic Cutlass Convertible. The car's owner has brought it in, hoping to get it up and running again after it has been sitting for years. The girls have their work cut out for them as they assess the damage and begin to take apart the car's components.

First, they focus on the car's engine, which has been sitting idle for a long time. They inspect the engine and discover a multitude of issues, including rusted parts, a clogged oil pump, and worn-out bearings. The girls work together to replace these damaged parts and get the engine running smoothly again.

Next, they move on to the car's suspension system, which has also been neglected for some time. They find that some of the car's components are rusted and worn, and require replacing. The girls manage to find the necessary replacement parts, and set to work replacing the damaged components. They take their time to ensure that everything is installed correctly and securely, so the car will handle well on the road once it is back in working order.

The All Girls Garage team then moves on to the interior of the car, which has also seen better days. The seats are ripped and the dashboard is faded and cracked. The girls decide to restore the seats and replace the dashboard with a new one. They carefully remove the old seats, clean them up and reupholster them so they look like new again. They also install a new dashboard, complete with all the necessary gauges and controls.

With the main components of the car restored, the girls can turn their attention to the car's bodywork. They find that the car's body is riddled with dents, scratches, and rust. To get the car looking like new again, the girls use a combination of body filler and sanding to fill in the dents and scratches. They then paint the car in a stunning shade of blue that really makes the car stand out.

Finally, the girls are ready to put the car back together again. They reinstall all the car's components, including the engine, suspension, and interior. As they work, they take great care to ensure that everything is installed securely and correctly so that the car will run well on the road.

Once the car is back together again, the girls take it for a test drive. They drive it around, making sure that everything is working smoothly and that the car is handling well. After a few adjustments and tweaks, the car is running perfectly and the owner can take it out on the road again, restoring a classic Cutlass Convertible to its former glory.
