Yay! It's a School Trip! No Chance to Be Alone... follows the story of Yamada and her friends as they embark on a school trip. The group arrives at their hotel and Yamada is once again disappointed to find that she is not in the same room as Kosuda. However, she is quick to come up with another plan and ends up tricking the girls in her room into switching rooms with the boys. She is delighted to find out that Kosuda is in the same room as her and is determined to make the most of the opportunity.

Throughout the trip, Yamada tries to make advances towards Kosuda but is constantly interrupted by her classmates. They go on a boat ride, visit a theme park, and even take a dip in the hot spring, but Yamada is unable to find any time alone with Kosuda. She becomes frustrated and even more determined to make a move on him.

During a visit to a shrine, the class stumbles upon a fortune-telling booth. Yamada sees this as the perfect opportunity to find out if her relationship with Kosuda will progress and she drags him to get his fortune told with her. The fortune-teller tells Yamada that her relationship with Kosuda will be successful and even predicts that they will have a child together in the future. Yamada is overjoyed at the prospect of her dream coming true.

As the trip comes to an end, Yamada realizes that she has one last chance to make a move on Kosuda. She sneaks into his room in the middle of the night and tries to seduce him, but he is completely oblivious to her intentions. In the end, Yamada is left disappointed and frustrated, but determined to continue pursuing Kosuda.
