Ep 13. Getting Crabby

In Beat Bobby Flay season 15 episode 13 titled "Getting Crabby," two chefs compete to see who can create the best crab dish and earn the chance to challenge celebrity chef Bobby Flay. The first chef, Jay Oh, is known for his unique blend of Korean and Italian cuisine. He creates a dish called "Crab Kimbap Roll," which takes the traditional Korean dish and incorporates crab meat. The second chef, Billy Oliva, focuses on American cuisine and creates a dish called "Crab and Corn Chowder."

The judges taste both dishes and deliberate before deciding which chef will move on to the second round, where they will face off against Bobby Flay.
