In season 15 episode 4 of Beat Bobby Flay titled "Broken Hearts," two talented chefs compete for a chance to take on celebrity chef Bobby Flay in a head-to-head cooking showdown. The episode starts with host Ted Allen introducing the contestants: Philadelphia’s own Chef Michael Thomas and Chef Christopher Wall from Harleysville, Pennsylvania. Finally, it's time for the final showdown. Chef Michael plates and presents his dish, which looks stunning and tastes even better. The judges savor the flavors and textures and are impressed at how Chef Michael has elevated Bobby Flay's signature dish. Bobby takes a taste and observes Michael's plate, trying to find some aspects of his signature dish that would have made Michael better.
