Beat Bobby Flay Season 21 Episode 6 Finding Stars

In this episode of Beat Bobby Flay, titled "Finding Stars," two competition veterans will face off to see who has what it takes to beat the Iron Chef. The first competitor, Chef Demetrio Zavala, has competed on Iron Chef America and won the "Chopped Champions" title. He'll be taking on Chef Antonio Mora, who has trained under Bobby Flay and has worked his way up from sous chef to executive chef at Flay's restaurant, Gato.

Hosted by Anne Burrell, the competition begins with a classic mystery ingredient challenge. The two chefs must create an appetizer using a surprise ingredient, with just 20 minutes on the clock. The judges, food experts Marc Murphy and Katie Lee, will then decide which dish is the weakest, and that chef will be put on the chopping block for the second round.

In the second round, the remaining chef must choose a signature dish to challenge Bobby Flay with. This is where things get really competitive, as the chefs must try to beat Bobby at his own game. Both Chef Zavala and Chef Mora will be hoping to impress the judges with their creative twists on classic dishes.

But it all comes down to the final round, where the winner of the signature dish challenge will go head-to-head with Bobby Flay. The challenge will be to cook a brunch dish that features a surprise ingredient, and the competitors will have just 45 minutes to pull it off. Will Chef Zavala or Chef Mora be able to outdo the Iron Chef and claim bragging rights as the best chef in town?
