In this episode of Chrisley Knows Best, the family is forced to roll up their sleeves and get to work. Todd decides that his kids need to work for a living and that's why he sets them up with some jobs that will hopefully teach them the value of hard work. However, his idea doesn't go as planned.
First, Todd takes Savannah to work with him at the juice bar he owns. Savannah quickly shows that she has no idea how to make a smoothie and ends up making a huge mess. Todd tries to teach her the ropes and even shows her a dance he does to keep his customers entertained. Savannah tries her best to learn, but Todd can't help but feel like she's not taking the job seriously.
Next up on the job list is Chase. Todd sets Chase up with a job at a car wash, thinking that it will be good for him to learn about the value of hard work. However, Chase quickly realizes that washing cars is not as easy as it seems. He struggles with the pressure washer and even ends up getting himself wet. Todd tries to encourage him to keep going, but Chase is frustrated and wants to quit.
Meanwhile, Julie is feeling neglected by Todd because he's been so focused on teaching the kids about hard work. She tries to get his attention by planning a romantic dinner, but Todd is too busy to even notice. However, when he finally does, he feels bad and decides to take her out for a special night.
The last person on the list is Grayson. Todd takes him to work with him at a construction site, thinking that he will enjoy being outdoors and learning about construction. However, as soon as Grayson sees how much hard work is involved, he starts to complain. Todd tries to teach him the importance of hard work, but Grayson just wants to go home.
Overall, the episode shows the Chrisley family struggling to learn the value of hard work. While Todd's heart is in the right place, his approach may not be working out for his children.
