Moving on to Portland, Oregon, Guy checks out The Grilled Cheese Grill, a food truck turned brick-and-mortar restaurant that's all about comfort food. He tries their "Cheesus" sandwich, made with three kinds of cheese and thick-cut bacon, and chats with the owners about their journey from a food truck to a beloved restaurant in the heart of Portland.

Finally, Guy visits Tony's Place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a neighborhood bar that's been around for over 50 years. He tries their signature roast pork sandwich, which features slow-cooked pork, broccoli rabe, and provolone cheese, and learns about the bar's history as a community gathering spot.

Throughout the episode, Guy emphasizes the importance of family-owned restaurants and the stories behind them. He also showcases the unique flavors and dishes that make each establishment stand out.
