Next, Guy travels to San Antonio, Texas to visit a Mexican restaurant that is known for its homemade tortillas. He samples a variety of dishes, including mole enchiladas and brisket tacos. From there, he heads to Brooklyn, New York to try some Yemeni cuisine, including lamb haneeth and fahsa.

In this episode, Guy also visits a restaurant in Cambridge, Massachusetts that serves up Turkish cuisine, including doner kebab and lamb shank. He then heads to a Hawaiian restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada to try some loco moco and short rib loco moco.

Finally, Guy visits a restaurant in Portland, Oregon that serves up Sudanese cuisine. He tries a variety of dishes, including ful medames and kisra. Along the way, Guy also meets with the chefs and owners of each restaurant to learn more about the history and culture behind the dishes they serve.
