First up, Guy visits a diner in Maryland that's been serving up classic American fare since the 1950s. Here, he tries a "Man vs. Food"-style burger that's loaded with bacon, cheese, onion rings, and a fried egg. The burger is so big that it's served on a pizza tray, and Guy has a hard time fitting the whole thing in his mouth. But once he takes a bite, he knows it's worth the effort.

Next, Guy heads to a neighborhood pub in New Jersey that's famous for its loaded fries. These fries are topped with chili, cheese, bacon, and sour cream, making them a meal in themselves. But Guy doesn't stop there – he also tries a loaded mac and cheese that's made with four different types of cheese and topped with even more cheese and bacon.

For dessert, Guy heads to a bakery in Oregon that's been baking up treats for more than 60 years. Here, he gets a taste of their famous marionberry pie, which is loaded with sweet-tart berries and topped with a lattice crust. But the real standout is their peanut butter and chocolate cream pie, which is so rich and decadent that Guy can hardly believe it's not a candy bar.

But the show isn't all about heavy, indulgent dishes. Guy also visits a vegetarian restaurant in California that's putting a healthy spin on loaded nachos. These nachos are made with organic corn chips, black beans, and lots of fresh veggies like tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers. They're topped with a cashew "cheese" sauce that's surprisingly creamy and delicious.

Finally, Guy visits a barbecue joint in Texas that's serving up a loaded baked potato that's unlike anything he's ever seen before. This potato is stuffed with brisket, cheddar cheese, and BBQ sauce, and it's so huge that it's served on a platter. Guy can hardly wait to dive in.
