The dish is served alongside a side of pasta with more of the restaurant's famous marinara sauce.

Then it's off to the world-famous Carnegie Deli in New York City, where Guy gets a taste of some of the best pastrami and corned beef sandwiches in the world. The restaurant has been around for over 80 years and is known for its huge portions and classic deli atmosphere.
Finally, Guy heads to The Cozy Dog Drive-In in Springfield, Illinois, for a taste of classic American fast food. Here, he tries the restaurant's famous "Cozy Dog," a hot dog on a stick that's coated in a delicious cornmeal batter and deep-fried until it's crispy and golden brown.
Throughout the episode, Guy also checks out some of the local sights and sounds of each city he visits, meeting with the chefs and restaurant owners to hear their stories and learn about the history of their establishments.
