Guy Fieri is on the road again, taking a tour of some of America's best eats. In this episode, A Festival of Flavor, Guy is visiting a variety of food festivals across the country, showcasing the unique dishes and flavors that are featured at these events.
First up, Guy visits the Big Bite Bacon Fest in San Diego, California, where he tries out some creative bacon dishes like bacon-wrapped mochi and bacon-wrapped bacon. He also checks out a bacon-infused vodka that is sure to pack a punch.
Next, Guy heads to the Peanut Butter & Jelly Festival in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where he samples a wide variety of creative takes on the classic PB&J sandwich. From peanut butter and jelly sushi to PB&J-inspired cupcakes, this festival has it all.
In Alexandria, Virginia, Guy visits the Irish Festival to try out some traditional Irish dishes like boxty, shepherd's pie, and corned beef and cabbage. He also gets a lesson in traditional Irish step dancing and checks out the festival's parade.
At the Cajun Fest in Biloxi, Mississippi, Guy has the chance to indulge in some spicy Louisiana-style dishes like crawfish etouffee, gumbo, and jambalaya. He also gets a taste of some classic Southern hospitality as he samples some homemade lemonade and fried catfish.
Finally, Guy wraps up his festival tour at the Twin Cities Burger Battle in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Here, he gets to taste some of the most creative and delicious burgers around, from the classic cheeseburger to more unconventional options like the "Juicy Lucifer" stuffed with hot peppers and cheese.
