After a busy day of eating and exploring, Guy and Enrique finish the day at Hotel Nacional de Cuba, a historic hotel with stunning views of the city. They enjoy a dinner of grilled seafood and chat with the hotel's head chef, who shares his passion for Cuban cuisine and its rich history.
