Ep 11. Island and Desert

Guy Fieri continues his culinary expedition in the 27th season of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, exploring the best local eats across America. In episode 11 "Island and Desert," Guy sets off to discover the unique flavors of Hawaii and Arizona.

The episode begins with Guy heading to Oahu, Hawaii to try out egg dishes with a twist at Koko Head Cafe. The establishment is famous for its fried chicken biscuit and gravy dishes, which Chef Michael Babcock prepares using his southern, family-inspired cuisine. Guy also tries the 'Big Jim' dish, which is a type of sandwich that is layered with pulled pork and green chili.

In Tucson, Arizona, Guy steps inside Feast, a restaurant that specializes in creating new spins on American classics. Guy tries out the "All-American Sweet and Spicy Meatloaf," which features a homemade meatloaf topped with cherry glaze and caramelized onions.
