Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives is back with another exciting episode for the 37th season, and this time around, host Guy Fieri is taking viewers on a journey to some of the best farm-to-table restaurants in the country. In episode 4, Farm-to-Table Fresh, Guy explores the trend of locally sourced and sustainable ingredients, highlighting the creativity and ingenuity of chefs who are dedicated to using the freshest and most flavorful ingredients possible.

The first stop on Guy's journey is a small diner in Portland, Oregon called Pine State Biscuits. Known for their delicious biscuits and gravy, Pine State Biscuits prides themselves on using locally sourced ingredients from the Pacific Northwest. Guy chats with the owners and learns about their commitment to using sustainable and organic ingredients, and even gets to try a few of their signature dishes.

Next up, Guy heads to Chicago, Illinois to visit a barbecue joint called Barn & Company. Barn & Company is all about meat, and they are dedicated to using locally raised, hormone-free meats from family farms in the Midwest. Guy gets a behind-the-scenes look at their smoking process, and even gets to sample some of their award-winning brisket.

The third stop on the tour takes Guy to Los Angeles, California to visit Trois Mec, a French-inspired restaurant that sources all of its ingredients from local farmers and ranchers. Owned by a trio of acclaimed chefs, Trois Mec is known for their creative and innovative dishes, and Guy gets to witness their unique style firsthand.

The fourth and final stop on the tour takes Guy to Greenville, South Carolina to visit a restaurant called Roost. Roost specializes in Southern comfort food with a twist, and they pride themselves on using locally sourced ingredients from nearby farms. Guy gets to try their famous fried chicken, and even learns how to make their delicious pimento cheese.

Throughout the episode, viewers are treated to a behind-the-scenes look at the farm-to-table movement, and Guy showcases the creative and innovative ways that chefs are using locally sourced ingredients to create delicious and flavorful dishes. From classic comfort foods to French-inspired cuisine, Farm-to-Table Fresh has something for everyone.
