He stops by the Anchor Bar and Grill, where he meets with owner Eric to try their famous Anchor Burger. The burger comes with all the classic toppings, including lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles, along with a secret sauce that's been handed down for generations. Guy also tries the cheese curds, which are made with battered and fried cheese curds, served with a side of ranch dressing.
Finally, Guy heads to Babbitt to check out a restaurant that's serving up some unique takes on classic comfort food. He visits the Sawmill Saloon and Restaurant, where he meets with owner Kevin to try some of their signature items. Guy starts with the tater tot hotdish, which is a classic Minnesota dish made with tater tots, ground beef, and vegetables, topped with cheese. He then tries the smoked wings, which are smoked over applewood before being fried and served with a side of blue cheese dressing. Finally, Guy tries the steak sandwich, made with a tender, juicy steak, topped with mushrooms and onions, served on a soft bun.
