In season 8 episode 6 of the popular food show "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives," titled "Stacked, Stuffed and Loaded," host Guy Fieri takes viewers on a culinary adventure through some of America's most unique and flavor-packed restaurants.

The episode kicks off with a visit to a family-owned spot in Pittsburgh called "Stak Shak." Next, Guy heads to "Jang Choong Dong," a Korean eatery in Los Angeles that specializes in traditional stuffed pancakes called "jeon." The owner shows Guy how to make several different types of jeon, including a spicy seafood filling and a vegetarian mushroom option. Guy is blown away by the unique texture and complex flavors of these savory pancakes.

The third stop on the episode takes viewers to "Bizzarro Italian Cafe" in Seattle, where the chefs whip up some seriously loaded pastas and meat dishes. Guy tries out their famous braised veal shank, which comes with a massive bone-in serving and a side of creamy risotto. The restaurant's rustic and cozy atmosphere adds to the overall experience.

The final destination on the episode is "Hog River Brewing Company" in Hartford, Connecticut. Though known primarily as a craft brewery, this spot also serves up some of the best loaded grilled cheese sandwiches around. Guy tries out their "Brisket Melt," which features slow-cooked beef, caramelized onions, and plenty of gooey cheese. Plus, he gets to wash it down with some tasty local beer.

Throughout the episode, Guy also takes a look at some of the unique ingredients and techniques used by each of the restaurants featured. From homemade sauces and marinades to secret spice blends and unconventional cooking methods, "Stacked, Stuffed and Loaded" showcases some of the most creative and flavorful dishes in the country.
