The show then heads to the east coast where James visits the Pagoda Carts food truck in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Here, he tastes some of the best and most authentic Philly Cheesesteak he has ever had.

Next up, James heads to the Puerto Rican mobile kitchen, El Chilango food truck, in Washington DC. He tries some classic Puerto Rican dishes such as the mofongo, but is also taken on an unexpected thrill ride when the owner surprises him with some super spicy chili sauce. In the last segment of the show, James travels to Seattle, Washington, where he visits the Marination Mobile food truck. Here, he tries some amazing Hawaiian-Korean dishes such as the spicy pork tacos and the miso ginger chicken.

Throughout the episode, viewers are treated to some incredible on-location shots of the food trucks and the cities they are located in. The show also provides some interesting background information about each food truck including how they started, what they specialize in, and the story behind their name.
