Ep 8. Part-Time Steady

Sousuke and Kaname are in class when they receive their physical fitness test scores and are surprised to find out that Kaname has received a higher score than Sousuke. Meanwhile, Kaname's friends discuss their part-time jobs and encourage her to get one, too. Feeling left out, Kaname decides to find a part-time job as well.

While shopping for a part-time job, Kaname runs into Sousuke who is working part-time as a construction worker. Kaname is surprised to see Sousuke working a part-time job and asks why he needs the money. Sousuke explains that he needs to buy a new communicator since he broke his old one. Kaname is impressed by Sousuke's work ethic and decides to work at the same construction site.

During their break, Sousuke and Kaname talk about their respective part-time jobs. Kaname mentions that she will be working as a waitress at a café and Sousuke becomes worried about her safety. He decides to keep an eye on her during her first day of work.
