Ep 2. Welcome to Alice Academy

Mikan Sakura is a normal girl growing up in a small village with her best friend, Hotaru Imai. However, after Hotaru is accepted into a prestigious school known as Alice Academy, Mikan is devastated to be left behind. One day, Mikan receives a mysterious letter from Hotaru, who appears to be in trouble. With the help of her grandfather, Mikan sets off on a journey to Tokyo to find Hotaru and solve the mystery of Alice Academy.

In episode 2, titled Welcome to Alice Academy, Mikan arrives at the school and is surprised by its grandeur and the many strange abilities of its students. She is greeted by the headmaster, Narumi, who tells her about Alice Academy and the special abilities of its students known as Alices. Natsume is known as the "Black Cat" and has a dangerous Alice that allows him to control fire. Despite this, Mikan becomes determined to befriend him and learns that there is more to him than meets the eye.

As Mikan continues to explore the school, she learns more about the mysteries surrounding Alice Academy and the truth about Hotaru's disappearance. She discovers that Hotaru has created a device that can unleash the full power of an Alice, but it is being sought after by dangerous individuals who wish to use it for their own gain.
