In Gargoyles season 2 episode 6, entitled "The Silver Falcon," we follow the story of millionaire businessman and art collector, Preston Vogel. Vogel is on a mission to acquire the famous "Silver Falcon," a priceless piece of medieval artwork that has been missing for decades. It is said that whoever possesses the Silver Falcon will have unlimited power and wealth.
Vogel hires the infamous gangster, Tony Dracon, to help him obtain the Silver Falcon. Dracon hires a group of mercenaries to break into the museum where the Silver Falcon is being held. However, they are ambushed by Goliath and his clan of gargoyles, who are there to protect the museum.
During the fight, Vogel manages to grab the Silver Falcon, but he is caught by the gargoyles. He tries to bribe them, offering to pay them to work for him, but the gargoyles refuse.
Vogel refuses to give up the Silver Falcon and manages to escape. However, the gargoyles discover a clue that leads them to believe that Vogel has hidden the Silver Falcon in his private jet. They fly off in pursuit of Vogel, determined to stop him from possessing the powerful artwork.
As they follow Vogel's trail, the gargoyles face a series of dangerous challenges. They must navigate through a storm in their pursuit of Vogel's jet and then fight off an attack by Dracon's mercenaries when they arrive at Vogel's private airfield.
When they finally confront Vogel, he reveals that he has hidden the Silver Falcon in a decoy, and the gargoyles are forced to start their search once again. However, they manage to find the real Silver Falcon and destroy it to ensure that nobody can ever possess its powers.
In the end, Vogel and Dracon are arrested, and the gargoyles return to their home, victorious. Although they have destroyed the Silver Falcon, they know that they have done the right thing by preventing anyone from using it to gain power and wealth at the expense of others.
