Ep 17. The Slaughter House

In Ghost Adventures season 19 episode 17, entitled "The Slaughter House," Zak Bagans and his team travel to Tucson, Arizona to investigate a building that was once a slaughterhouse. The building is now home to a brewery and many employees and customers have reported strange occurrences and sightings.

Moving to the first floor, the team interviews some of the brewery employees about their experiences. One employee reports seeing a figure that appears to be a woman in white, while another employee claims to have been pushed by an unseen force. Zak and his team then set up an experiment where they try to communicate with any entities in the building using a Ouija board.

As the investigation continues, the team ventures into the second floor where they hear strange noises and feel a sense of sadness and despair. During this time, they also capture an EVP (electronic voice phenomenon) that seems to be responding to their questions.

Later in the episode, Zak interviews local historian Jim Turner who provides insight into the slaughterhouse's gruesome past. He explains that the building was used to slaughter cattle during the 1930s and 1940s and was the site of several accidents and even a murder. He also reveals that the building is located near an ancient Native American burial ground, which he believes to be a significant factor in the paranormal activity.

Towards the end of the episode, the team sets up a device called a REM Pod in the basement. The device is designed to detect changes in electromagnetic fields, which can sometimes indicate the presence of a ghost. As they begin to ask questions, the device goes off several times, seemingly in response to their inquiries.
