The third season of the series Ghost Adventures delves deep into the exploration of paranormal activities occurring at various locations around the world. In its eighth episode, titled Clovis Wolfe Manor, the Ghost Adventures team led by Zak Bagans decides to investigate a property in the suburban area of Clovis, California, that dates back to the 1920s.

Initially, the manor was constructed as an ordinary residential building, but its ownership saw a lot of changes over the years, and the house was converted into a nursing facility in the 1990s. Since then, several bizarre and unexplained phenomena have been reported by the staff and visitors. There have been reports of doors slamming shut, strange noises, and ghostly apparitions. Some even claimed to have been physically attacked by unseen forces.

As the team sets up their equipment, they meet Richard Senate, a paranormal investigator who has studied the manor for years and brings his own theories. The team also interviews former staff members and patients who share their eerie experiences at the location, including observing a sitting ghost and seeing a disheveled apparition of a woman in a hospital gown.

The investigation begins with Aaron and Nick sitting in the same room where a patient claimed to have seen a ghostly figure. The two get a chilling feeling when they hear strange noises and footsteps. One of the cameras captures a shadow that appears to be moving on its own, which prompts the team to investigate further.

As they explore the rest of the manor, they encounter several areas where paranormal activity seems to be concentrated. The team tries to communicate with the spirits using various techniques, such as EVP (electronic voice phenomenon) recordings, which involves asking questions and listening for answers on the recording. At one point, they capture a voice that seems to say, "Help me," which they believe to be the ghost of a woman who died in the manor.

The team also deploys their latest technology - thermal imaging cameras - to locate any abnormal heat signatures that might indicate the presence of a ghost. This proves to be useful in detecting a hot spot near one of the rooms where multiple people have reported seeing ghostly figures.

Zak, in an effort to provoke the spirits, decides to perform a ritual with Richard Senate in the supposed "witch room" of the manor. As he recites the incantations, he feels an unusual heat around his head and a strange energy in the air. The team members are startled when they hear a loud noise coming from the nearby hallway, but they can't find any physical explanation for it.

At the end of the investigation, the team members conclude that the Wolf Manor location is indeed haunted and that the staff and patients' stories are not just mythical tales. They gathered ample evidence to support that the place is a site of paranormal activity. The team also decides to assist the property's owner in cleansing the manor of negative energies and help the spirits move on to the other side.

In summary, Ghost Adventures season 3 episode 8, Clovis Wolfe Manor, recounts the team's investigation into a 1920s house turned nursing facility that has seen extensive paranormal activities over the years. The team's use of EVP recordings, thermal imaging, and rituals leads them to gather convincing evidence that the place is ridden with ghosts, and they decide to cleanse it of negative energies at the end of the episode.
