Ep 15. Pico House Hotel

In Ghost Adventures season 4, episode 15, the team travels to downtown Los Angeles to investigate the Pico House Hotel, a historic building with a reputation for being one of the most haunted locations in the city. The Pico House was built in the 1860s by Pio de Jesus Pico, the last governor of Alta California under Mexican rule, and was originally intended to be a luxury hotel for travelers and businessmen.

Throughout the years, the building has gone through many changes and has been used for a variety of purposes, including serving as a courthouse and a Chinese apothecary. Today, the Pico House is a museum and cultural center, but many people believe that the spirits of those who lived and died within its walls still linger.

As the Ghost Adventures team begins their investigation, they learn about the hotel's darker past, including rumors of murder, suicide, and ghosts wandering the halls. They interview museum staff and local historians who share their own experiences with the paranormal activity that goes on within the building.

Using their state-of-the-art equipment and techniques, the team sets out to capture evidence of the supernatural. They begin their investigation by exploring the basement, where they encounter strange voices and unexplained sounds. As they make their way through the hotel, they pick up on EVPs (electronic voice phenomena) and observe objects moving on their own.

One of the most chilling moments of the episode occurs when Zac Bagans, the lead investigator, enters the room where a young woman named Isadora Bandini was rumored to have taken her own life. Zac reports feeling a surge of negative energy and experiences intense physical symptoms.

Later on in the episode, the team decides to conduct a séance in order to try and communicate with the spirits that reside within the Pico House. Although some team members remain skeptical, others report feeling a presence in the room and hearing unexplained noises.

As the investigation comes to a close, the team is left with a sense of awe and unease. They are convinced that the Pico House Hotel is, in fact, haunted, and that the ghosts that reside within its walls are still very much present. Viewers are left wondering whether they would be brave enough to spend a night in this notoriously haunted building.
