Season 7 of Ghost Adventures takes us to the chilling location of Fort Horsted, a military base turned paranormal investigation site in Chatham, England. The episode starts with the trio Nick Groff, Zak Bagans, and Aaron Goodwin arriving on location and getting a brief history lesson from the owner of the fort, Lloyd. Fort Horsted has over 100 years of history, including being used as a military headquarters during World War II, a prison, and an underground riot training center in the '50s. Despite its storied past, the fort is now left abandoned and overgrown, creating a perfect canvas for eerie happenings. It's believed that the ghosts of prisoners and soldiers still roam the grounds, and sinister energy pervades the fort.

The team's first stop is the guards' quarters, where they hope to catch a glimpse of a lady dressed in black who is believed to haunt the area. They review some footage captured by previous investigators that showed a figure moving in one of the rooms. The trio decides to conduct a sensory deprivation experiment to try and spur a reaction from any spirits lurking in the area. As they sit blindfolded in a circle, a few members of the crew hear footsteps and movement, but no concrete evidence is captured.

Next, the team heads to "the tower," a notoriously creepy part of the fort where prisoners were kept in solitary confinement. The energy in this area is palpable, with Zak describing it as feeling "heavy, like a weight on your chest." As they climb the stairs to the roof, voices can be heard coming from the walls, and Zak appears to have a panic attack. They don't stay long in this area, moving on to investigate other parts of the fort.

One section of the fort is said to be haunted by a little girl, and the team sets up a REM pod to try and coax her out. They also set up a motion-activated ball for visual confirmation. While they don't capture any evidence of the little girl, they do see the ball move, setting off alarms and indicating an entity might be present.

One of the highlights of the episode is a visit to what used to be the prison's punishment cell. After climbing through a network of underground tunnels, they come across a cell where a prisoner was said to have been held for weeks on end with no food or water. The team investigates the area with a spirit box and captures some intriguing EVPs (Electronic Voice Phenomena).

The episode concludes with the team investigating the fort's underground tunnels. As they make their way through the dark, cramped spaces, a loud banging sound can be heard, and the team scrambles to find its source. They capture an EVP that seems to say "I'm here," confirming the presence of a spirit in the area.

Fort Horsted is a fascinating location with a rich history and sinister energy. While the team doesn't capture any concrete evidence of ghosts, they do experience some creepy moments and capture some intriguing EVPs.
