Ep 2. Black Swan Inn

In Ghost Adventures season 8 episode 2, the team travels to San Antonio, Texas to investigate the Black Swan Inn, which is said to be one of the most haunted locations in the city. The inn was built in the 1860s and has a long and dark history, including being a former brothel and a hospital during the Civil War.

As soon as the team arrives at the inn, they feel a heavy presence and hear unexplainable noises. They meet with the current owner, Jo Ann Rivera, who has experienced several paranormal events during her years living at the inn. She tells the team about a particular room where a dark entity is said to reside and warns them to be careful.

The team starts their investigation by conducting an EVP (electronic voice phenomena) session in the notorious room. They immediately pick up on strange noises and whispers coming from the recording equipment. Zak Bagans, the team leader, feels a sudden cold breeze even though there are no windows open and the air conditioning is turned off.

As they explore other parts of the inn, they come across a mirror that is said to be haunted by a ghostly presence. The mirror belonged to a former prostitute who committed suicide in the inn and is believed to be a portal for spirits to enter and exit. The team sets up a device to track any changes in energy around the mirror and soon after, they capture an unexplainable anomaly on camera.

The investigation takes a dark turn when the team enters the basement of the inn, which was once used as a morgue during the Civil War. They immediately feel a heavy energy and Zak begins to experience intense physical sensations. They capture several EVPs of what sounds like soldiers talking and a gunshot being fired.

The team also spends time investigating outside of the inn where they encounter an eerie, abandoned playground. They capture several EVPs of children laughing and playing even though there are no children in the area.

Throughout the investigation, the team experiences terrifying moments and captures compelling evidence of paranormal activity. They vow to continue to uncover the truth behind the haunting of the Black Swan Inn.
