In this episode of Ghost Adventures, the team travels to Oklahoma City to investigate the historic Oklahoma State Capitol building, which has been the site of multiple deaths and political controversy throughout its existence. The team is given exclusive access to the building, including areas that are not normally open to the public, allowing them to conduct a thorough investigation.

The episode begins with a brief history of the building, which was completed in 1917 and designed by noted architect Solomon Layton. The Oklahoma State Capitol has served as the seat of government for the state since its inception and has been the site of many pivotal moments in Oklahoma's history, including the signing of the state's first constitution.

As the team begins their investigation, they are immediately struck by the imposing and eerie atmosphere of the building. They are joined by a team of local investigators who are familiar with the history and legends surrounding the site and help guide them through the various levels and rooms of the building.

Throughout the episode, the team conducts a number of different experiments and investigations in an attempt to capture evidence of paranormal activity. They use a variety of tools and techniques, including EVP recordings, thermal imaging cameras, and electromagnetic field detectors, to try and capture any signs of ghosts or spirits.

One of the most intriguing experiments occurs when the team conducts a "live bait" session in which they ask specific questions to an object that a presumed spirit might answer like in the game of double or nothing. They use a chair in the main hallway of the building as the "bait," giving the spirits a chance to communicate directly with the team. Though the experiment doesn't yield any concrete results, it does serve to heighten the tension and atmosphere of the investigation.

Perhaps the most compelling evidence the team captures in the episode occurs during an EVP session in the governor's office. As they ask questions and listen for responses, they capture a clear and distinctive voice responding to their queries. The voice seems to indicate that the spirit may be one of the building's original architects or construction workers who suffered a fatal accident during the building's construction.

Throughout the investigation, the team is also treated to an up-close and personal look at some of the building's most historic and significant features. They explore the governor's office, where legendary governor Richard Nixon once worked, and visit the building's beautiful rotunda and dome, which offer stunning views of the surrounding area.

As the investigation comes to a close, the team reflects on their experiences and the evidence they've captured. While they are unable to definitively prove the existence of ghosts or spirits, they are left with a sense of awe and respect for the historic building and the many people who have passed through its halls over the years. They leave Oklahoma City with a newfound appreciation for the power of the paranormal and the mysteries that still exist in our world.
