Finally, the chefs go head-to-head in a high-stakes Trolley Dash Relay, where they must race through the store to gather ingredients for a dish that they will prepare in a knockout cook-off. With only a limited amount of time to shop, each chef must communicate with their teammate to choose the best ingredients and bring their A-game to the cook-off.

Throughout the episode, the chefs must impress the judges with their creativity, flavor, and execution, using their culinary skills to make the most of the challenges and move one step closer to winning the Triple-D Tournament 2.
