In Season 7, Episode 5 of Guy's Grocery Games, titled "Season of Grocery Giving," the contestants are tasked with spreading holiday cheer while battling it out in the aisles. The four chefs must first create a celebratory feast using ingredients selected by Guy Fieri himself. The catch? They have to navigate a list of Groc-A-Bingo items in order to earn their ingredients.

After the feast, the chefs must participate in a "Run-Up" challenge where they have to race around the store collecting holiday groceries in the shortest amount of time possible. The chef with the longest time must sit out the next challenge.

The elimination round ups the holiday spirit with a "Secret Santa" twist. Each chef has to pick ingredients for their competitor from the "Sack of Gifts," which contains a variety of holiday-themed challenges. The chefs then have to create a dish using only those ingredients within the allotted time frame. The two chefs with the weakest dishes will leave the competition for good.

The remaining two chefs then face off in a final challenge for a chance to win up to $20,000. This challenge includes a bonus round where they have the opportunity to earn extra cash if they can find specific holiday-themed items throughout the store.
