Bell's party, Hestia Familia, heads to the Crozzo Magic Swordsmiths to have Welf Crozzo create a custom magic weapon for Bell. The Crozzo family is known for their exceptional magic weaponry, but they refuse to work with the Hestia Familia due to the stigma associated with Bell being a member of the "Weaker Familia." However, Welf, a former member of the Crozzo family, agrees to create the magic weapon for Bell under the condition that he leaves the Hestia Familia and joins his own Crozzo Familia. Bell is hesitant but eventually agrees, much to the dismay of the rest of his party.

As Bell begins working alongside Welf, he learns the harsh truth about the Crozzo family and the pressure they face to create exceptional magic weaponry or risk being "disowned" from the family. Welf, who was disowned for creating an experimental weapon, is determined to prove his worth and regain his status within the family.

Meanwhile, the rest of the Hestia Familia become concerned about Bell's well-being and begin to investigate the Crozzo family's dark past. They discover that the Crozzo family has been involved in creating "fake" magic weapons and selling them to unsuspecting adventurers for a profit, leading to multiple deaths and injuries.

As tensions rise, Bell is forced to choose between his loyalty to his friends and his desire for a powerful magic weapon. The episode culminates in an intense battle where Bell must use his own strength and intelligence to overcome a powerful foe and save his friends.
