Ep 8. Jurassic Dork / Mascot Academy/Full Metal Johnny

Johnny Bravo season 3 episode 8, entitled "Jurassic Dork / Mascot Academy/Full Metal Johnny" brings us three separate adventurous stories in which Johnny Bravo, the overconfident and muscular protagonist of the show, tries his best to get whatever he wants, but things never seem to go as planned.

In an attempt to impress a girl by taking a selfie with the dino, Johnny ends up making a lot of noise, and the T-Rex starts chasing him. A group of cavemen saves Johnny and show him how to defeat the dinosaur. However, Johnny's plan doesn't go as expected, and he faces a difficult time trying to survive in the dinosaur era.

The second part of the episode, "Mascot Academy," sees Johnny trying his hand at being a school mascot. The story begins when Johnny's little cousin asks him to be the mascot for her school to avoid the mascot being a chicken. Johnny accepts because he thinks it would be easy and help him get a date with the school principal. But his stint as a mascot is far from glamorous, with him ending up in a mascot fight and even being mistaken for a burglar.

In the final story, "Full Metal Johnny," Johnny's dream of becoming a superhero comes true as he gets a suit of armor that makes him indestructible. Johnny uses his new powers to defeat a criminal in his hometown. While Johnny is basking in his newfound power, things get complicated when he gets a call from the superhero academy informing him that he must leave his hometown and join them to keep the world safe.

Overall, "Jurassic Dork / Mascot Academy/Full Metal Johnny" is a thrilling episode that's filled with adventure and humor. While Johnny may remain the same unapologetic, excessively confident, and sometimes clueless character we've grown used to, this episode brings out some unusual situations where he finds himself in trouble that he can't talk his way out of. Fans of the show are definitely in for a wild ride with this episode, and it's sure to leave viewers laughing and wanting for more.
