Ep 16. Bloodline

In Legend of the Seeker season 1 episode 16, entitled "Bloodline," Richard, Kahlan, and Zedd discover that Darken Rahl is searching for a mysterious magical potion that can only be made from the blood of one of Richard's ancestors. Richard learns that he is the only one who can prevent Darken Rahl from getting his hands on the potion, which could potentially give him unlimited power.
