In season 11 episode 8 of Man v. Food, host Casey Webb travels to Washington D.C. to take on some of the city's most notorious food challenges. First stop on the tour is the Eastern Market, an iconic farmers' market located in the heart of Capitol Hill. Here, Casey browses through an array of fresh produce before heading to Market Lunch, a local institution known for its classic breakfast dishes.

At Market Lunch, Casey tries his hand at their famous crab cake breakfast, a dish comprising a hearty crab cake, grits, and eggs cooked to order. The dish is a D.C. staple, and Casey is determined to tackle it with gusto. But with a massive amount of food on his plate, and a looming time limit, will Casey be able to finish the meal and earn his place on the Market Lunch Wall of Fame?

Next up, Casey heads to The Capital Burger, a gourmet burger joint located just blocks from the National Mall. Here, Casey takes on the "Mother Burger Challenge," a towering feast that consists of a 10-pound burger patty, lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese, all served on a massive bun. The challenge is so big that Casey has to bring along a fellow food lover to help him finish it. But with only 60 minutes on the clock, will the duo be able to complete the challenge and walk away with bragging rights?

After the burger challenge, Casey heads to the iconic Ben's Chili Bowl, a legendary eatery that's been serving up its signature chili dogs and half-smokes for over 60 years. Here, Casey takes on the "Three Chili Bowl Challenge," a fiery dish consisting of a massive bowl of chili topped with three kinds of chili sauce. The dish is so spicy that Casey has to sign a waiver before attempting it. But will Casey be able to push through the heat and emerge victorious?

Finally, Casey heads to Astro Doughnuts and Fried Chicken, a trendy eatery known for its creative doughnut flavors and crispy fried chicken. Here, Casey takes on the "Astro Donut Challenge," a sweet and savory feast that challenges him to finish a massive doughnut sandwich filled with fried chicken, gravy, and bacon. With a dish this big, and flavors this decadent, will Casey be able to conquer his final challenge and wrap up his culinary tour of D.C. on a high note?

Throughout the episode, viewers will get an inside look at some of the hottest culinary spots in the nation's capital, and witness Casey pushing his limits as he takes on some of the biggest and most unique food challenges the city has to offer.
