This massive sandwich is made with a homemade breaded pork tenderloin that's over a foot long, and is served with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. The sandwich is so big that it can barely fit on the plate, and Adam struggles to get his mouth around the entire thing.

Next, Adam visits Indiana's oldest steakhouse, St. Elmo Steak House, where he takes on their famous Shrimp Cocktail Challenge. The challenge involves eating a massive amount of cocktail shrimp, smothered in a sauce made with horseradish and hot sauce, as well as a piece of bread to help cool down the spice. Adam battles through the heat and manages to finish the challenge, but not without shedding a few tears from the intense spice.

This challenge involves eating two giant burgers, each with two patties, cheese, and all the fixings, as well as a side of fries and a drink. Adam struggles to finish this challenge, and even gets a little help from some of the locals who stop by to cheer him on.

The episode continues with Adam visiting the Jimbo's BBQ truck, where he tries some of the best barbecue in the city. Jimbo's is known for their smoked brisket, pulled pork, and ribs, which Adam gets to sample and enjoy.

Finally, Adam visits the Workingman's Friend, a legendary Indianapolis institution that's been serving up burgers and beer since 1918. Adam takes on their famous Double Cheeseburger, which is made with two huge patties, melted American cheese, and all the fixings. The burger is so big that Adam struggles to get his hands around it, but he manages to finish it off, much to the delight of the locals who have gathered to watch.

Throughout the episode, Adam also takes time to explore the city of Indianapolis, visiting some of its famous landmarks and learning about the history and culture of the city.
