In episode 31 of season 3 of Man v. Food, titled "Carnivore Chronicles 9: Meat With the Most," host Casey Webb is on a mission to find the meatiest and most indulgent dishes across America.

The episode kicks off in Tampa, Florida, where Casey visits a restaurant famous for their Cuban sandwiches. But this isn't just any Cuban sandwich - it's piled high with roast pork, ham, salami, and Swiss cheese. The sandwich is so large that it's cut into thirds just to be able to eat it. Casey takes on the challenge, but will he be able to finish all three?

Next up, Casey heads to Nashville, Tennessee, to try a dish that's both meaty and spicy - the "Mother of Gravy" from Bolton's Spicy Chicken and Fish. This dish features a fried chicken cutlet smothered in gravy and hot sauce, served on a bed of white bread with a side of pickles. Casey puts his spice tolerance to the test as he devours this fiery dish.

Moving on to Indianapolis, Indiana, Casey visits a restaurant that's been serving up meat for over 100 years - The St. Elmo Steak House. Here, he takes on their famous "Shrimp Cocktail," which is not your ordinary shrimp cocktail. The dish features jumbo shrimp served with a cocktail sauce that's so spicy it's been known to make people cry. Will Casey be able to handle the heat?

In Austin, Texas, Casey visits Terry Black's Barbecue, where he tries their signature dish - the "Mother Clucker" sandwich. This sandwich is piled high with smoked brisket, smoked turkey, and a sausage link, topped with barbecue sauce and served on a toasted bun. Casey is in meat heaven as he takes a bite of this delicious sandwich.

Last but not least, Casey heads to New York City to try a steak that's famous around the world - the Porterhouse at Peter Luger Steak House. This massive steak is dry-aged for 28 days, seasoned with only salt and pepper, and served with a side of German-style potatoes. Casey struggles to finish the massive steak, but manages to savor every bite.

Overall, "Carnivore Chronicles 9: Meat With the Most" is a meat-lover's dream come true, featuring some of the most indulgent and meaty dishes across America. Casey Webb's enthusiasm and humor make for an enjoyable episode that will leave viewers hungry for more.
