Adam Richman heads south to Charlotte, North Carolina to take on some of the biggest and best food challenges the Queen City has to offer. First up, he tackles the Fire in Your Hole wings challenge at local wing joint, Wild Wing Cafe. This challenge involves eating six of the hottest wings on the menu in six minutes, without any drinks or napkins to cool down the heat. Will Adam succumb to the heat or rise to the challenge?
Next, Adam visits Midwood Smokehouse, a popular barbecue spot in the heart of Charlotte. There, he takes on the Triple Meat Challenge, which involves eating one pound each of brisket, pork, and sausage, along with two sides, in under one hour.
