In the 100th episode of Man v. Food, host Casey Webb heads to the Queen City of Cincinnati to take on some of the city's most iconic food challenges.

First up, Casey visits Camp Washington Chili, a 24-hour diner that has been serving up their famous Cincinnati-style chili since 1940. Casey takes on their "Five-Way" challenge, which consists of spaghetti, chili, beans, onions, and cheddar cheese. But that's not all - he also tackles a four-pound plate of chili cheese fries, topped with even more of their famous chili.

Next, Casey heads to Izzy's, a local deli that has been serving their famous Corned Beef and Pastrami sandwiches since 1901. Casey takes on their "110 Reuben Challenge," which consists of a whopping five pounds of corned beef, pastrami, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing, all sandwiched between two giant slices of rye bread.

Casey then visits Aglamesis Brothers, a Cincinnati institution that has been serving up handmade ice cream since the early 1900s. Here, Casey takes on their "Triple Decker Sundae Challenge," which consists of three scoops of ice cream, covered in hot fudge, whipped cream, and cherries.

Finally, Casey heads to P&G's Old Fashioned Hamburgers, a local burger joint that has been serving up classic burgers since the 1930s. Casey takes on their "Jumbo Burger Challenge," which consists of a massive 2.5-pound burger patty, topped with cheese, lettuce, onion, pickles, and P&G's secret sauce, all sandwiched between two giant buns.

Throughout the episode, Casey also gets to experience some of Cincinnati's other attractions, like the historic Over-the-Rhine neighborhood and the Cincinnati Museum Center at Union Terminal.

In the end, Casey proves to be a true food warrior, taking on some of Cincinnati's biggest and most iconic food challenges.
