Adam Richman travels to Baltimore, Maryland in the fifth season of Man v. Food for an episode that showcases some of the city's most iconic culinary creations. Next up is Duff Goldman's Charm City Cakes, where Adam gets to see some of the amazing cake creations designed by the mastermind bakers. Duff himself welcomes Adam and shows him some of the cakes, including a Star Wars-themed cake that features a life-size Darth Vader. After seeing some of the incredible designs, Adam gets to try one of their famous cake pops, which come in flavors like red velvet, chocolate, and vanilla.

Third on the list is the Faidley Seafood Market in the Lexington Market, which has been in operation since 1886. Adam samples their famous jumbo lump crab cakes, which are made from fresh Maryland crab meat and are considered to be some of the best in the state. He also tries their homemade cole slaw and their famous crab soup, which is made with a traditional Maryland recipe.

The final stop on the tour is the Berger Cookie Factory, which has been making these iconic Baltimore cookies since 1835. Adam gets to see how the cookies are made, which involves hand-dipping each cookie in rich, fudge icing. After watching the process, Adam gets to try one of the delicious cookies, which are now available at grocery stores throughout the country.
