Ep 8. Okami-san and the Mouse Bride Search, and This Is How Pigs Should Be Treated

Okamisan season 1 episode 8 is an exciting compilation of two different stories. In the first story, titled "Okami-san and the Mouse Bride Search," Okami-san and the Otogi bank are requested by a young girl to find her missing mouse groom. Feeling that this is more of a personal issue, Okami-san takes up the task to search for the groom herself. As the episode progresses, Okami-san discovers that there is more to the story than she initially thought.

The second story in this episode is called "This Is How Pigs Should Be Treated," and it revolves around a new character called Morino Ryoko. In this story, Morino is seen as being a bit antisocial towards her classmates who continue to make fun of her for her appearance. However, when she ends up in a certain situation with the Otogi bank, she starts to change her perspective. The theme of this story is centered around treating people with kindness, no matter how they appear on the outside.

The stories in this episode take place in an all-girls secondary school called Otogi High School. The main character, Okami Ryouko, is the leader of Otogi High School's Otogi Bank, a group that handles cases for students around school, albeit for a fee. Alongside her is her best friend, Akai Ringo, and the rest of her Otogi Bank friends.

The animation for the show is excellent, with the characters designed in a chibi style. The episode also features a beautiful and catchy opening theme by the Japanese pop duo, Yakushimaru Etsuko and Bonjour Suzuki, titled "Ready Go!" Meanwhile, the ending theme is sung by the voice actress of Okami Ryouko, Itou Shizuka, titled "Akazukin-chan Goyoujin."

Overall, Okamisan season 1 episode 8 is an excellent addition to the series, showcasing Okami-san's compassionate side and the importance of treating others kindly. The episode's animation is vibrant and visually appealing, and the music perfectly complements the scenes. It perfectly encapsulates the show's overall theme of coming together and helping each other out in times of need.
