Ep 10. Happy Birthday, Zack

In Power Rangers season 1 episode 10, titled "Happy Birthday, Zack," the focus is on Zack, the Black Ranger, and his upcoming birthday. The episode begins with a glimpse of the city, as a group of Putties, the foot soldiers of the main villain Rita Repulsa, march through the streets. The Rangers are on their way to a surprise birthday party for Zack, who is turning 17.

When they arrive at the party, Zack is somewhat disappointed by the turnout - only a few of his closest friends are able to make it. But he soon forgets about that when his present from his mother turns out to be an antique camera, which he loves. The group starts to have fun taking pictures and playing games, but they soon receive an emergency call from Alpha 5, Zordon's robot assistant. The Putties are causing trouble again, and the Rangers have to leave the party to go fight them.

Once they arrive at the scene, the Rangers find that the Putties have brought some new weapons with them that are giving the Rangers trouble. They also witness the arrival of a new monster called Knasty Knight, who is larger and more powerful than anything they've faced before. Despite the difficulty of the fight, the Rangers are eventually able to defeat the Putties and the Knight, thanks in part to a new weapon that Zordon has created for them.

After the fighting is over, the Rangers return to the party, where they find a cake waiting for them. They celebrate, but their fun is interrupted once again when Rita sends down a giant Goldar (a powerful henchman of hers) to attack the city. The Rangers quickly morph into their Zords (giant robotic animals) and engage in a massive battle against Goldar.

This battle is particularly challenging for the Rangers, as Goldar is tough to defeat and seems to grow stronger with each hit. But they're eventually able to defeat him with the help of a new weapon, the Thunder Megazord. Once they've defeated Goldar, they return to the party once more, just in time for Zack to make a wish and blow out the candles on his cake.

Overall, "Happy Birthday, Zack" is a fun and action-packed episode of Power Rangers that does a good job of balancing character development and exciting fights. The focus on Zack's birthday adds a nice personal touch, and there are plenty of great moments throughout the episode, both in and out of costume. If you're a fan of the show, this is definitely an episode worth watching.
